By using THE WALL you agree to use the platform lawfully, respectfully, and in good faith.

Fame, Shame, and Neutral results reflect the aggregated opinion and behavior of THE WALL's community. They are not factual claims, allegations, or accusations about any entity shown, and do not represent an investigation, endorsement, or affiliation.

Voting is free for everyone. Signed-in users get a limited number of vote actions per day; anonymous visitors get one free vote. THE WALL does not offer prizes, betting, wagering, payouts, or any other financial return in connection with voting.

The Golden Frame, Featured Battles, claimed profiles, and any placement labeled "Sponsored" are paid advertising, sold separately from — and with no effect on — votes, Net Score, organic rankings, or Battle results. Paid features buy visibility only, never influence.

Battles are independent, head-to-head votes between two entities. Battle results never affect Fame, Shame, or Net Score, and Fame/Shame standing never decides who is selected for a Battle.

You must not use multiple accounts, bots, automation, or coordinated campaigns to manipulate votes or rankings. THE WALL may detect, limit, invalidate, or remove votes and content it reasonably believes are fraudulent, automated, or abusive, and may suspend or restrict accounts involved in such activity.

Proposals, reports, claims, and any other content you submit may be reviewed, edited, merged, rejected, archived, or removed at THE WALL's discretion — including for legal, integrity, or moderation reasons.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names shown on THE WALL belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the entity being ranked — see the Trademark Disclaimer.

THE WALL is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features, content, or access may change or be suspended at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, THE WALL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of THE WALL after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
